At Oase, dining is designed to be as adventurous as the African landscape itself, with a focus on pushing the boundaries of African Bush Gastronomy. Their newest venture, KOLE, celebrates the ancient art of open-fire cooking, elevating traditional African culinary practices with modern sophistication. Opening in November 2024, KOLE will offer fire-cooked meals featuring seasonal ingredients, many sourced from Oase’s organic gardens, providing a raw and authentic African dining experience.

KOLE will be open daily for Resident guests and welcome the public on weekends for select meals. The experience is meant to make dining an integral and memorable part of the Oase adventure, where fire serves as both the inspiration and the medium for creating unforgettable flavors.
