Provide personalised care for assigned guests, communicate schedules and requests, coordinate changes with managers, serve meals and assist with service setups and clearing.

We are looking for an attentive, organised Butler to provide personalised service to assigned guests throughout their stay. You will keep guests informed about their schedules, communicate their preferences and requests to the relevant managers, and help ensure each part of their experience runs smoothly.

The role includes serving your assigned guests wherever possible during meal services, as well as assisting with the setup and clearing of all service areas as needed. Any requested changes to schedules, dining arrangements or tours must be approved by the relevant manager before being confirmed with guests.

Responsibilities

Personalised guest care: Look after assigned guests, build a professional rapport and respond attentively to their needs.

Schedule communication: Keep guests informed about meal times, tours, activities and other arrangements throughout their stay.

Guest requests and changes: Communicate requests to the relevant manager, obtain approval before confirming changes, and follow up with guests.

Dietary requirements: Accurately relay dietary needs and preferences to the FOH Manager and relevant team members, following established procedures.

Tours and activities: Coordinate tour enquiries and requests with management and communicate confirmed arrangements clearly to guests.

Meal service: Serve assigned guests wherever possible during each service, working closely with the wider service team.

Setup and clearing: Assist with preparing, setting up, clearing and packing away dining areas and other service spaces as required.

Team communication: Provide clear handovers so guest requests and arrangements are followed through when you are off duty.

A professional, discreet manner and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

A willingness to assist with meal service, setups and clearing wherever needed.
